Our Team

Sophie helps run the show alongside Rhiannon. From payroll to policy writing, tenancy law to team training, she’s one of the engineers behind the scenes keeping Lang Llewellyn & Co moving smoothly (with a flat white in hand). With a law degree and 20+ years in agency life, Sophie’s the team’s go-to problem solver — and proud of it. She loves the people side of the business most, whether it’s helping clients, mentoring staff, or chatting with contractors. Fun fact: she’s a tattooed snooker fanatic. If Sophie were a property, she says she’d be a solid 80s semi – practical, reliable, and due some TLC… but full of potential. Favourite saying? “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”

Rhiannon co-founded Lang Llewellyn & Co in 2022, but has worked with Sophie since way back in 2013. These days, Rhiannon runs the business day to day – managing the accounts, shaping policy, refining processes, and always pushing for the next stage of growth. Known for her fierce determination and protective nature, Rhi is the one you want in your corner. Her hidden talent? She can tell you where most water meters are in Falmouth and Penryn (seriously). Outside the office, you might spot her at Swanpool Beach or The Pandora Inn – or hear tales of her former life as an outdoor pursuits instructor, abseiling off cliffs and wrangling kayaks. If she were a property? A Grade II* listed gem in need of renovation – a bit chaotic, full of stories, but totally worth the work. Favourite quote? “Listen less to your fears and more to your dreams.”

Charlotte has been a cornerstone of LL&Co since 2016 and was proudly promoted to Director in early 2025. She oversees the day-to-day running of our sales and lettings teams, while expertly managing compliance, HR, and operations. Known for her razor-sharp standards and a brain that thrives on systems, she’s our resident rulebook – in the best way possible. Resilient, passionate, and (self-confessed) a total workaholic, Charlotte runs on iced oat espresso and the occasional burst of surprisingly slick gun finger dance moves. If she were a property? A sleek, ultra-modern show home – minimal, meticulous, and definitely no funky 90s wallpaper in sight. Oh, and she has a science degree… with a thesis on termite behaviour. Favourite saying? “It will be fine – we can work this out.”

With over 20 years in the industry, Neil leads our front-end sales and lettings department with experience, precision, and a calm, methodical mindset. As our master valuer and go-to lister, he’s the expert behind many of our successful instructions – and the steady hand guiding clients through every step. Driven, decisive, and known for telling it like it is, Neil runs on strong coffee and a deep understanding of the property market. He describes himself as a Georgian townhouse: classic, in need of updating (according to him). Favourite beach? Kynance Cove. Favourite motto? “It is what it is.” And yes – he’s a proud Manchester United fan.

Nicola is the numbers queen at LL&Co – keeping the rent flowing, landlords paid, and the accounts in perfect order. With years of experience in lettings and a key part of our team since the Trelawny merger, she brings a calm, steady presence to the whirlwind world of property. Kind, meticulous, and thoughtful, Nicola once considered becoming a P.E. teacher or fitness instructor – and still brings that quiet discipline to her work. Her drink of choice? A classic JD & Coke. Her happy place? Lusty Glaze. If she were a home, she’d be a detached coastal retreat – peaceful, grounded, and entirely self-sufficient. Her personal motto? “Soft yet strong.” Just like her spreadsheets.

Lynn is the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk into the LL&Co office – or the cheerful voice on the other end of the phone. With the team since 2014, she brings a wealth of experience in both lettings and sales, along with a serious knack for making everyone feel welcome. Described as bubbly, loyal, and positive, Lynn once considered becoming a nun, then a nurse – but thankfully found her calling in property instead. She loves Castle Beach, Marvel movies, and (unexpectedly) has top-tier waxing skills (due to her previous life as a beautician). If she were a home, she’d be a grand historical mansion like Lyme House – full of stories, warmth, and beautiful character. Favourite motto? “You only live once!” Wine optional, but recommended.

Hayley has been keeping the wheels turning at LL&Co since 2019, leading our tenancy management team with her trademark blend of calm control and sharp organisation. She makes sure landlords, tenants, contractors, and the team are all in sync – and somehow still finds time to crack a joke and raise a pint. Originally dreaming of a career in wedding and events planning, Hayley brings that same meticulous energy to managing tenancies – just with fewer flower arrangements. Ice-cold Korev is her go-to, Bossiney Cove is her happy place, and yes… she has a Ghostface tattoo and a soft spot for horror movies. If she were a property? An RV mobile home – always on the move, driven by freedom and mood. Favourite saying? Dilly Dilly!

Courtney joined the LL&Co crew in March 2023 through the Trelawny Lettings and Sales merger, and after welcoming her first baby, she’s back helping Nicola keep the accounts in tip-top shape. Ambitious, caring, and a self-confessed adrenaline junkie, Courtney once dreamt of being a police investigator – and we still think she’d make an excellent detective. Outside the spreadsheets, she’s partial to a cocktail (or three), loves a sunny afternoon at The Pandora Inn, and once jumped out of a plane for fun. If she were a property? A remote countryside mansion with a pool, cinema, and cocktail bar – the perfect base for hosting and never needing to leave. Her motto? “Everything happens for a reason.” Oh, and ask her to shake her eyes – it’s weirdly impressive.

Elliott is the Branch Manager of our St Austell office, leading the team and helping landlords and tenants enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience. With eight years in the industry and part of LL&Co since August 2023, he’s known for staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and always finding practical solutions. He’s also secretly a karaoke king.

Elliott once dreamed of becoming a marine biologist, but these days you’re more likely to find him sipping a dry red or Guinness at The Ship Inn, or grabbing a pasty from Lorina’s in Falmouth. Stylish, efficient, and armed with a killer moustache, Elliott says he’s the human equivalent of a sleek city apartment overlooking greenery. His motto? “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” And yes, he has tattoos too.

Rachael joined LL&Co in September 2023 through our acquisition of Digs and quickly became our go-to guru for all things HMO. With an eye for compliance and a calm, patient approach, she ensures shared tenancies run smoothly and keeps landlords informed every step of the way. Resilient, thoughtful, and always quietly in control, Rachael once dreamed of being rich or a fashion designer (we support both). These days, she’s happiest with a cold Korev in hand, sketching in her spare time, or reminiscing about the time she flew an actual plane. If she were a home, she’d be a cliffside mansion in the middle of nowhere – peaceful, powerful, and a little mysterious. Favourite saying? “You’ll never walk alone.” (Spot the Liverpool fan.)

Sian joined the LL&Co team in December 2023 and hit the ground running. She’s the one keeping tenancies smooth and stress-free – juggling certificates, maintenance, landlord comms, and tenant support like a total pro. Equal parts enthusiastic, perfectionist, and joker, Sian once dreamt of being a paramedic – and that ‘get-it-done-under-pressure’ energy still shines through. She’s travelled to over 30 countries (Asia is her fave), belts out karaoke like a queen, and rates Lorina’s pasties in Tregoniggie as top tier. If she were a property? A top-floor city apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and a front-row seat to the action. Her go-to motto? “Just Sayinn’” – because she’ll always speak the truth (but soften it with a smile and a wink).

Paul is our on-the-go problem solver – always out and about inspecting properties, coordinating maintenance, and keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes. He joined LL&Co during the Trelawny merger and brings with him years of hands-on experience, a qualified EPC badge, and a passion for precision (just don’t ask him to sit at a desk). Paul once had dreams of being a P.E. teacher, and that active streak has stuck – as has his love of tech and straight lines, which is why he sees himself as a modern new-build: efficient, clean, and everything exactly where it should be. Favourite spot? Gylly Beach Café with a strong cup of tea. His life motto? “Sometimes things go wrong – just keep moving forward.”

Della has been part of the LL&Co team since early 2024 and brings energy, warmth, and serious know-how to her role. She spends her days matching buyers and tenants with their perfect homes – and is currently training to value properties too. Having started in the industry as a 17-year-old apprentice, Della always knew she’d end up in property (or possibly conveyancing – she was that kid). Caring, bubbly, and thoughtful, she’s a Malibu-and-Coke fan with a hidden talent for majorettes, a not-so-hidden love of motocross… and once even danced with Diversity. If Della were a home? A fancy modern semi – sociable, stylish, and loves her own space. Favourite motto? “If it was easy, everyone would do it.”

Kira joined LL&Co through the Trelawny merger and quickly earned her status as a lettings whizz – supporting the Tenancy Management team with calm confidence and a great sense of humour. Patient, down-to-earth, and always up for a laugh, she balances admin efficiency with a healthy dose of reality (and a strong latte – courtesy of mum life). Kira once dreamed of marrying rich (plan A), but luckily her passion for property and shows like A Place in the Sun gave her a solid plan B. She describes herself as a modern, welcoming family home – just like the one she runs. Weekends call for tequila rose, sunsets at Perranporth, and avoiding anything involving heights. Her favourite motto? “No surrender” – a proud nod to her dad.

Jayden has been part of LL&Co longer than most – starting out helping with filing and odd jobs while still at school (with the added bonus of being Rhiannon’s daughter!). Now officially part of the team, she supports the office with everything from answering phones to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Loud, trustworthy, and always ready to lead the charge, Jayden once dreamed of being a dancer or primary school teacher – and she still brings that spark and confidence to everything she does. Known for her two-minute headstands and love of Vimto, she says if she were a house, she’d be a detached one – fiercely independent with her own space, thank you very much. Favourite motto? “You only live once.”

Jess joined LL&Co in June 2024 and quickly became a key part of the tenancy management team – making sure landlords and tenants alike are well looked after and everything runs like clockwork. Adventurous, independent, and always up for a laugh, Jess originally planned to be a lawyer but swapped courtrooms for coastlines. She once lived and worked aboard a sailing yacht and even holds marine engineering qualifications – not your average CV! When she’s not keeping tenancies smooth, you’ll find her sipping a glass of Pinot at Pedn Vounder or showing off her (slightly alarming) double-jointed thumbs. If Jess were a home, she’d be a Barbie Dreamhouse – bright, bold, and definitely not boring. Her motto? “Knowledge is power.”

Joe joined LL&Co through the Trelawny merger and quickly became our sales guru – helping seller and buyers with a relaxed attitude and a sharp eye. Joe is calm, friendly, and famously chill (his own words). Once dreaming of life in the skies as a fighter pilot, he’s now flying through property deals instead – often fuelled by a can of Lilt. A lover of Catan, partial to a pint from Finns, and armed with a killer Mickey Mouse impression, Joe keeps the vibes light and the service first-class. If he were a property? A villa – stylish, social, and built for sunshine. His motto? “Hakuna Matata.” Naturally.

Tracey is a familiar face to many in the local area, having worked in property for years – and now she’s one half of our dynamic front-of-house duo. Since joining us through the Trelawny merger, she’s become a go-to voice of warmth and welcome on the phone, known for her upbeat energy and constant smile. She once dreamed of being a P.E. teacher – and you can still catch her doing handstands and aerobics if the dance music kicks in. Gylly Beach is her happy place (especially the new outside bar), and her go-to drink? A classic G&T. If Tracey were a home, she’d be a sleek, architect-designed waterside property – fresh, open, and full of life. She’s even been known to do the splits in BCM Magaluf… but that’s a story for another time. Her motto? Live life to the full – you only get one.

Bradley is the one out there braving the Cornish wind and sideways rain, making sure buyers and tenants get a proper feel for the homes they’re viewing. As our Viewings Specialist, he knows that first impressions matter – and he brings curiosity, sharp wit, and a perceptive eye to every appointment. Originally trained as a chef, and once tempted by the fire service or police, Bradley clearly likes roles that keep him on his toes. He’s a Gyllyngvase regular, runs on Old Mout (or a Rubicon if he’s keeping it soft), and claims he can pick up any video game and instantly be good at it. If he were a property? A barn conversion – striking on the outside, warm and welcoming within. His motto? “If you don’t buy a ticket, you won’t win the raffle.”

Christy is the friendly force behind the front end of our administration team, keeping the paperwork tight, the diaries in order and the wheels turning day to day. She’s naturally motherly, determined and outgoing once you get to know her, and she brings a steady, supportive energy to the office.

Growing up, she had plans to become a chef. She was part of her school catering team and even completed an internship at the Lord Charles Hotel in Cape Town, so organisation and working under pressure come naturally.

Outside of work, Christy is happiest in nature. If she were a property, she’d be a cosy cottage in the middle of the woods. Warm, comforting and surrounded by wildlife, with plenty of character and a bit of TLC along the way. Not many people would guess she’s pretty good at Beer Pong, and her go to drink is a brandy and coke.

Favourite saying? “Action is the foundational key to all success.”

Lucy is part of our Tenancy Management team, supporting landlords and tenants day to day and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. Calm, organised and quietly driven, she brings a thoughtful, empathetic approach to what can often be a fast paced role. As a child she planned on joining the Navy, and that sense of discipline has definitely stuck.

She’s the kind of person who remembers the detail. Dates, conversations, the small things others forget. It makes her brilliant at picking up the threads and getting issues resolved properly.

Outside of work you’ll usually find her on the north coast, with Treyarnon Bay her favourite spot, closely followed by Constantine Bay for a sunset. Her go to drink is a Dr Pepper or Cherry Coke, and not many people know she used to play darts and pool competitively for a team.

If Lucy were a property, she’d be a cosy log cabin in the mountains. Warm, welcoming and solid.

Favourite saying? “It can only rain for so long.”

Anna is the friendly voice at the end of the phone, helping new leads and existing clients feel instantly supported (and often making them laugh, too). Joining the LL&Co team in April 2025, she’s all about connection – warm, creative, and not afraid to make a bold first impression. A trained personal trainer with a love for lino cutting and printing (yes, really!), Anna dreamed of being the Cookie Monster as a child and still brings that same joy and energy to work. Favourite beach? Castle Beach in Falmouth. Drink of choice? A crisp gin and tonic. If she were a home, she’d be a cosy cottage – always baking, always making people feel welcome. Motto: “Always chasing greatness” – The Rock.

Leanne is one of the friendly voices on the LL&Co team, helping guide clients and tenants with warmth, energy, and just the right amount of chat. Sociable, driven, and always up for a conversation, she’s here to make sure every person she deals with feels seen, heard, and supported from the first hello. Once dreaming of life as a nurse – or a TV Gladiator (Jet was the idol!) – Leanne now channels her energy into building client relationships and the occasional cartwheel competition with her daughter. Her perfect evening? Wine in hand, sunset at Fistral or Lusty Glaze. If she were a property? Definitely a beachside villa – sun-loving, welcoming, and built for good vibes. Favourite motto? “The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters.”

Adam recently joined the LL&Co team to lead all things creative, bringing with him a degree in graphic design, years of experience as a wedding photographer, and a strong track record of making things look brilliant. He’s the man behind our visuals, our brand voice, and – let’s be honest – our dishwasher loading strategy. Once torn between being a train driver or a Ninja Turtle, Adam now channels that childhood ambition into sharp design, clear messaging, and the occasional eye roll at a wonky font. Calmly caffeinated by morning, wine-in-hand by night, he’s a converted pub at heart – full of character, a little worn, and always ready with a story. Favourite motto? “Just leave it on the side, I’ll put it in the dishwasher.”

Navasnee recently joined LL&Co’s admin team, bringing calm, care, and a quietly brilliant knack for getting things done. With a background in primary education, she’s always had a passion for helping others thrive – and now she supports the team with that same thoughtful, steady energy. Determined, grounded, and secretly a karaoke enthusiast (with an encyclopedic memory for song lyrics), Navasnee is fuelled by iced coffee and a love of cosy, peaceful moments. If she were a home? A sunlit, garden-filled haven – warm, welcoming, and built to make people feel safe. Favourite motto? “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.” A perfect fit for us.
